 How I LOVE being a Realtor. From listing and selling a families home, to taking new buyers out for the very first time to find their dream home... it is all such an honor and privilege to be a part of.  I have lived in the Cleveland/Greater Cleveland area my entire life and now my wife Kerri, kids and I live in Lakewood, a wonderful "walk about" community right outside the city of Cleveland. The Greater Cleveland area is where I started my real estate practice almost a decade ago, and it has always been a good and prosperous decision. The wonderful people... the homes... and familiarity with all the area has been perfect, it really is the best combination for me to be a successful Realtor and I have never turned back since.

I came from a musical / music director role backround, that is what my college degree is in, and I understand how all the right parts, need to be in all the right places to make things perfect... I have done several recording projects, have played live with orchestra's and at large concert halls, and still am actively involved in playing special projects and many local events and concerts. I take the 30+ years experience of being a full time musician and can easily apply it to my role as your trusted real estate advisor. There are several parts to a smooth and succesful transaction... like a conductor, I will orchestrate everything from the contract...to the title company follow-up, helping with the inspectors for buyers or a very specific marketing plan for my fabulous listings.
